Meteor Blades reprises a couple of sad but true articles on the state of the economy for working people.
It is frankly absurd that we have come to simply accept that the lion's share of profits belongs rightfully to corporations, and that no moral consideration is given to the plight of workers, who are increasingly seen as expendable capital, to be replaced with cheaper capital from abroad without pause.
Not uncoincidentally, the decline in the wages of the American worker matches the decline of union enrollment in this country and is a result of the constant right-wing and corporate attacks on unionization.
