Darrell Issa, the richest representative in the House and likely House Oversight and Government Reform Committee chair, wasted no time in calling Obama "one of the most corrupt presidents in modern times."
This type of judgement is particularly bewildering coming after Issa's silence on the most corrupt and corrupting Republican administration in recent history at least, the W. administration.
