On The Origin And Meaning Of "Christocrat"

I have been chastised on a religious conservative blog (or should I say "Christocratic") for using the neologism "Christocrat". Those who are interested can read this interview with the Rabbi who coined the term.

While some may find it offensive, I believe it captures the essence of the movement it refers to better than any of the alternatives.

I favor the use of "Christian Supremacist", personally. It makes the point that just like as all white are white supremacists, not all Christians are Christian supremacists. The people I'm talking about really do seem to think that Christians are superior to everyone else, and that's why they should get to make the rest of us follow their religion's rules.
