The Palin Problem

Those are not my words, but conservative writer Kathleen Parker's. She wrote The Palin Problem after the latest, laughable interview that the Republican VP candidate gave, with CBS's Katie Couric. Parker ends the article asking Palin to bow out, for the good of the country (in keeping with the Republican Convention's ridiculous slogan: "Country First".)

Palin filibusters. She repeats words, filling space with deadwood. Cut the verbiage and there's not much content there...

If BS were currency, Palin could bail out Wall Street herself...

Bernstein cuts right through the "Country First" hogwash with this question: "whether in picking Sarah Palin as his running mate, John McCain has committed -- by his own professed standards of duty and honor -- a singularly unpatriotic act." In his article, the answer is unmistakably affirmative.
