Maddow Dissects Corporate Sponsored Anti-Health Care Reform Rallies

Be thankful that we have Rachel Maddow and her hardworking staff, and that MSNBC gave them a daily slot, because they are among the best in the business at uncovering and/or at relaying information about corporate shenanigans aimed at enriching the few at the expense of the many.

The latest such report just aired on MSNBC. It exposes what some have come to call "Astroturf" protests (as opposed to legitimate grassroots protests) for what they really are: corporate-backed events that incite both the sincerely gullible and those with vested interests to do the dirty work of the oligarchs that own and run the country.

As soon as the video becomes available, I will post it here. You, in turn, MUST watch it.

UPDATE
And here it is...

UPDATE TWO

This is a priceless bit by Maddow about the supposedly grassroots mob that protested at the Miami-Dade Elections office to have the 2000 Bush v. Gore election recount "shut down." And indeed, as documented in the HBO movie "Recount". Consider that many of the rioters where paid for their services. You can see history repeating itself in the anti-health care reform protests that are going on these days. What a country!
